Spur earns a small piece of equity in each company our operating partner choose to acquire. We don't rely on on the typical fee structures of a private equity fund. Over 90% of our compensation depends on the performance of our Operating Partners and the companies they choose to acquire and operate. This ensures all stakeholders are aligned.
